Some breakfast items, such as our waffles and French toast, contain multiple servings that are meant to last 14 days.

Since our items are frozen meals we in no way can accept returns. If there is a problem with your meals please reach out to us at customersupport@rfoodx.com

Shipping the food items comes with our insulated packaging with dry ice to keep the meals frozen. Please note that your meals may arrive partially thawed but they are still good to eat.

Heating times can vary per meal but general cooking instructions come with the kit. It is recommended to heat them meals for 2-3 minutes to 165 degrees, stir, and reheat if necessary.

These meals are not intended for weight loss but instead to manage and prevent chronic diseases by consuming healthy meals.

Currently, the meals are on a prescription only basis and can not be purchased directly at this time.

Using high-quality products combined with our culinary expertise we have made these healthy meals delicious.

Once your meals are delivered you should store them in your freezer to keep them as fresh as possible.

No. All meals are made for you to enjoy without having to prepare anything. Just throw in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and they’re good to go.

The meal should be delivered straight to your doorstep with our temperature controlled packaging that will help keep your meals frozen. Inside there may be some dry ice that has yet to evaporate. Please be careful when removing dry ice from the packaging. Never touch dry ice with your bare hands.

Yes. All of our meals except ones that contain couscous, and the breakfast items, are gluten free.

No, we only use whole foods in our meals to keep them as healthy and delicious as they can be.

Every 2 weeks you will be given more credits to reorder a new bundle. If you do not select a bundle you will be shipped the last bundle ordered if supplies are available. If we are out of stock of the last bundle you ordered you will be sent a similar bundle.
